These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the Mkaeflng™ online store and describe the basic relationship between you and Hangzhou Ruihang Cultural Media Co., Ltd. when an order is placed.

1. Placing an Order
Before submitting an order, please review the selected product, variant, quantity, shipping information, and total displayed at checkout.
After an order is submitted, we may send an electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving unavailable inventory, obvious pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, or an inability to fulfill the order.
If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfill, the applicable amount will be refunded.
2. Prices & Payment
Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless another currency is expressly shown.
Available payment methods are presented at checkout. Payment authorization may be handled by independent payment providers and financial institutions.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other amounts will be displayed during checkout when required and when sufficient information is available.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact service@mkaeflng.com as soon as possible.
We recommend submitting requests within 12 hours of purchase. Changes cannot be guaranteed once preparation or shipment has begun.
4. Processing & Delivery
Standard order processing normally requires 2–5 business days, with additional time required for transportation.
Standard shipping is $3.98 USD per order, unless another applicable shipping option is displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery windows, tracking procedures, international shipping information, and handling of delayed or lost packages are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Returns & Refunds
Eligible items may generally be requested for return within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Preference-based returns and returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products may be handled differently, including with respect to return shipping costs.
Customers must contact us before sending merchandise back so that the appropriate instructions and return destination can be provided.
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method.
6. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe Mkaeflng™ products accurately, including relevant materials, dimensions, configurations, and finishes.
Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, photography, manufacturing tolerances, or natural material variations.
Nothing in this section limits remedies available for products that are materially defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protections.

These Terms are intended to operate alongside applicable consumer-protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, or exclude a statutory right that cannot legally be waived or limited.
Where local law provides additional mandatory rights regarding cancellation, delivery, defective goods, or refunds, those rights remain applicable.
